BE-YOU-ty

Awakening yawns by the rising sun…
Fastening feet amongst the fading mist…
Splash of sprinkles from the sparkling dews…
Flaunting the day’s fantasies over the flourishing flowers…
Breathing the breeze of the blossoming bloom…
Enriching the ecstasy of the being…
To see it all, be it all, feel it all…Is to Know you have it all...You are this beauty all by YOUR very SELF…!

Everyone’s consciousness has innate internal beauty. It is all there. It just needs a little bit of nourishment. Like a lotus flower; all the petals are already there, it simply needs to blossom, open up, and show its glory. Similarly, every single individual has these qualities.
Be aware of every ever-beauty; relish the explicit be-ing. Rejoice the celebration within YOU! All said, an open eye of experience is only possible with a dive into self.

MEracles!

Miracles don't happen, we just have to wake up to see miracles happening. .Miracles by presence,Miracles by expressions, by acts and even by no-thing.. miracles just mesmerize! I would love to share a story of mine, where I totally relished the miracle (Later :D)

Lets me start it the traditional way.....
Once up on a time, not too long though (dated 25th June 2013) it was a bright day not just by weather but by all the enthusiasm and excitement gushing within. Adding was a slight nervousness creeping on and up. As the time speeds up the wait for the dawn geared up. Rushing through the last minute assignments and handing over the responsibilities at work for the next whole week was never so revealing. That stupendous joy was explicitly overwhelming :p Wondering what is the anticipation about? I had a train to catch that evening, and up coming was a week long trip to the most serene place I ever knew. That too all by myself (and my ever me-Sister). Elated ! Exalted! Enthusiastic! I don't find words to express that joy as it was one of the very few times I got a chance (The Excitement was indeed to meet Guruji, Bawa, Dinesh. Read my previous post to know more about them).

So, the time was nearing to start. Suddenly the alarm in office rings up, out and loud. It was apparently not a drum beats to greet me sayonara but it was an fire alarm and that was a fire drill. An annual routine. I was caught up in the drill and hence LATE! Back in mind I was thinking its just nearby and I would get there before anyone else would. But only when it was 10 min for the train to arrive at the station, I realized I still had to go long way to reach the station(because of the heavy traffic). Also realized that the bus doesn't go to station. I had a long way to walk to get there. Despite of all these I was relaxed thinking common, Indian trains! and a confidence that I would of-course get it.

The time never ran so quick before, neither the bus was so rigid to move. The phone starts to ring, "Hey! where are you, the  train is right at the platform".  My expectation went for a toss and the train was ahead of time. I was still too far to hear the train. There sat a pari(Angel) besides me. She got me right to the station amidst all the Jam.

It was a typical scene, I ran flying up, breathing out, long and high, feet craved to move an inch, energy flowing out in droplets of hope. Then the phone rings to say, "train is moving" :( Yet my heart ran, but just that I was still out side the station(train was on 3rd platform)  :p The ring this time says, "Common the train is waiting" Heights!! All the energy shot-up high and so ran ran ran.. It was a blessing in disguise to get a sparking glimpse of train in the fogy smoke... but that was moving.. Yet I ran.. had no energy left, feet stepped dead, breath gushed out.. ahhhhhhhhhh!! oh my train!! Then twist of the tale!! :-) :-) A hand waves out, just like in movies...I stood mesmerized... Graciously, effortlessly I was pulled into the train :-) and that was my hero - my DAD :):) It was so a WOW moment! The moment were I was totally flipped into the glory and gratitude of having a great dad. Overwhelming mom presence who arranged my dinner to my bed time milk at that ache of heart too.

Later, it was all a fairy tale. Loads of laughter, fun, joy, giggles, hushes, excitement not just me but whole lot of kids who were all on the same journey to ecstasy. On the way followed us the angelic presence-jiggii bhabi and the emperor of our hearts The Bachi bhaiya!  Such a delight it was, such an moment! Such an experience! Such a presence! Never could stop myself from thanking and so would want to do it over again!

Seamless smiles!

From the little ones(Kushala, ramakanth, cutie pie,..... each and all ) to biggies Jiggi-Bachi, It was just awesome.  and Thank you for it all:-) Not to forget Kal-man(Kalyan), a big hand gets a big applaud. Most of all, can't wait to thank my very self-My sister. Journey could only happen because of her. This post is only because of she! An eternal beauty! Diva!

Thankyou for reading this as it makes me feel grateful for being able to share more.

Loads of Love,
Priyanka

YOgamate!

Chocolate cake, Pani Puri, Ice Creams, Sweets, Choco Lava,Chocolate Moose!!! .. Delicious! Chocoholics! Yummilicious!! hmmmmmmm-ilicious!

At times can't resist to escape the salvation. Now and then ,why not give 100% to assuage the desire to harp on the yum..yum..yum..!!  Heavenly!!  Enjoying each and every bite of it. From the sense of holding it to the dripping savoury, licking, hogging..taking the extreme pleasure of it till the last bit fought from siblings gulp.

After a surfeit of food, quenching the deep desire of tongue. Time we get to the big want of body. Easy to add-on but sheerly a matter to get those extra add-ons off the shelf. But by making the doing fun, the don't gets to does, the naaaaaaah sways to yeahhhh! Terms and Conditions apply* :-)  (If you still wonder what?! I am trying to talk about the exercise.)

One of the most easy, fun filled and no fear gain back is by YOGA. Gym always has a fear of quick gain back if stopped suddenly, but great god! no worries with Yoga. If you're also a lazy punk as I'am :p Yoga is best to go :-) Only worry is to keep it going regularly. So why not group in and keep it:P I mean, by making Yoga-mates!

Lets ramp up the spirits and sledge off the sluggish tales. Are you IN with me ? Would you like to be my Yoga-mate? If yes! awesome!!!!Lets take a new challenge every day. Starting from tomorrow ( never too late :-) )

So challenge for the day will be, starting with a warm-up(jump,dance,hop,run,sit-ups,crazy downs:p), 12 rounds of Surya namaskaras(2- slow pace,4-medium,6-fast) .

Ready and get to goooooo!

Loads of  love,

Relish Real You!

Beeping morning alarm…every half-an-hour makes the bed crozier, Pillow much softer... And the blanket would have the worldly warmth ever…Such a priceless experience it is to sniff in and into the heavenly experience of the last few mins of early morning sleep. Especially with a cool add-on of winter weather. Awwwwwww! But as always sledging off the lazy punk, greeting adiós to the soothing bed, we take first steps of the day...

Being fully awake we realize the speeding time. The run for the catch of time will then begin. “Here and there, that and this, which and what … Oh god I'm late!”  After all these flicks finally, ready to get to work. And the journey for the day begins... !But cease a moment here….. Give a thought: Are we really fully ready for the day? Are we at our full potentials or still carrying the instincts of yesterday?! Are we still stuck at the discussion over coffee of work disapproval last evening? Or is our mind Re-fresh to compile the programs of the day?! Basically it all comes down to one single question: “Are we in present moment?!”

Have you known that the human mind carries past life impressions?  If that’s the case,
Load set of Mind = Impressions of past life (approximately of xyz billion years) + yesterdays + before days + before before days+……………………………….. + Since this birth.

Oh my god! Isn’t that too strenuous to handle?  Sadly now we had to stuff in new things into it for the upcoming days. Has mind been a balloon and impressions air, and then the balloon would have exploded. *Bhoom*. Isn’t it?  The referred impressions itself is Stress. I remember reading a very subtle example of this, here it goes…. If a person is asked to hold a glass of water for a min that won’t hurt him much. But over 30mins..? over 45min? 50? 1Hr? 1 Day? Year? Years together? That gets deadly!! The glass of water is the stress/impressions (whatever we name it).  Out of this explosion, expecting oneself to give 100% at a task is next to impossible, maybe a 9th wonder! :p

If past is haunting presently, all you have to do is to DELete the instance of past in present. Simple!J After all human have the greatest ability to FORGET!  Easy said than done! Yeah yeah agreed!! But If I say we have an effective tool to do this. Then ?! Wondering what it would be?
Presenting! The older of the oldest tools, one thing that creates magic in minds, intuition in nature, happiness in being, bliss in presence, serenity in self, blush on cheeks, beauty without make-up, glow without shimmer, dawning cosmic consciousness, unwrapping the real you.…. Perplexed? Anxious to know and get it...? It is Meditation!

Referring couple of articles I tried putting in here on, simplest ways to explain the ever easy thing...! The process I follow, so suggest-To meditate! A key to Serenity* bliss* happiness*joy*love*<3<3
The myth is, most are under an impression that meditation is concentration. But meditation is not concentration; in-fact, meditation is the art of doing nothing. Concentration is only a by-product of meditation.

How to Meditate?
There are many ways we can meditate but one of the easiest ways to meditate (especially when we are beginner) is through a guided meditation. In a guided meditation, Sit, shut, listen. We just need to sit with eyes closed and follow the instructions we hear.

To be able to meditate on our own, we can learn meditation from a trained expert. To deepen the experience of meditation, we can keep the following three notions in mind whenever we sit to meditate.
1 - I want nothing – we're putting aside all your desires, including that for a “good” meditation; we don’t want to know or plan anything
2 - I am doing nothing – let go of all effort
3 - I am nothing – let go of all the labels we put on ourself about who we are.

How to get the benefits?
To experience the benefits of meditation, regular practice is necessary. It takes only a few minutes every day. Once imbibed into the daily routine, meditation becomes the best part of day!
Meditation is like a seed. When we cultivate a seed with love, the more it blossoms. Similarly, the sapling of consciousness is within us. It needs to be nurtured with simple meditation techniques. Some palm trees yield in three years, some in ten years. And those that aren't nurtured - never yield! They simply exist.
Busy people from all backgrounds are grateful to pause and enjoy a refreshing few minutes of meditation each day. Dive deep into yourself and enrich your life.

Thanks to Art of living I have experienced the wonder while-tool of self rejuvenating. Nothing better can explain the process than the experience. How about experiencing things than just knowing?! Here is a link for couple of guided meditations.Check them out. http://www.artofliving.org/online-guided-meditation

Happy time meditating:-)

Priyanka

Relevance 2 RAMAyana!

This is something very special to me, so very enlightening yet a subtle relevance. Heard it from an anonymous album (Sorry, I don't remember the name). But here I share.. :-)

 Lokapujya RAMAyana!  Retold!
For thousands of years we have been reading Ramayana. And for thousands of years one of the most important characters we have been endeared about, but we have loved most The Hanuman-The monkey god.

Pavana putra Hanuman! (Son of wind.)

One very important aspect of Hanuman was his immense devotion towards Ram and Sita. So much so that one day in the court standing in front of thousands of people when somebody asked how much he loves Rama, Hanuman tore open his chest. Whole court was shocked to see a beautiful picture of Ram and Sita sitting together.

So what is this story and What does this signify!? Who is Rama!? What is Sita?! And who is laxmana!? What is the relevance of Ram,Sita, laxmana,Hanuman even the entire Ramayana in today’s modern world?

One important aspect to understand is that,“RA” means Radiance and “MA” means Within Me. The radiance within each human being is RAMA. And "SITA" is the mind. And "LAXMANA" is The Enthusiasm; The Intellect. Then what is Hanuman? He is the BREATH. He is the most important thing in every life. The consciousness, the mind, the enthusiasm, the intellect, the radiance, the mind body connect cannot run, cannot sustain, cannot exist even for a moment without this precious thing called BREATH. Hanuman, the devotion of Hanuman  is nothing but the devotion of breath.

Another important aspect of Hanuman (or the breath) is that Hanuman is called Sankata Mochan; somebody who takes away all the problems in life. Somebody who helps you go beyond the problems in life.

And all these beautiful yogic breaths If one had experienced pranayama, sudarshan Kriya one can really experience how they would become so calm, so peaceful, so equanimous and he really becomes joice and happiness. That breath, that Hanuman is bringing us life, is bring us equanimity to sustain the entire existence. That is Hanuman!  that is the devotion which makes our experience in the life. Brings out the love in us, so does the breath. Without the breath life is not possible, without the devotion of Hanuman life is not possible. That is Hanuman.

Iss saas ke bina such mai jeevan sambhav nahi hai, aur yeh saas hei Hanuman.
