Relevance 2 RAMAyana!

This is something very special to me, so very enlightening yet a subtle relevance. Heard it from an anonymous album (Sorry, I don't remember the name). But here I share.. :-)

 Lokapujya RAMAyana!  Retold!
For thousands of years we have been reading Ramayana. And for thousands of years one of the most important characters we have been endeared about, but we have loved most The Hanuman-The monkey god.

Pavana putra Hanuman! (Son of wind.)

One very important aspect of Hanuman was his immense devotion towards Ram and Sita. So much so that one day in the court standing in front of thousands of people when somebody asked how much he loves Rama, Hanuman tore open his chest. Whole court was shocked to see a beautiful picture of Ram and Sita sitting together.

So what is this story and What does this signify!? Who is Rama!? What is Sita?! And who is laxmana!? What is the relevance of Ram,Sita, laxmana,Hanuman even the entire Ramayana in today’s modern world?

One important aspect to understand is that,“RA” means Radiance and “MA” means Within Me. The radiance within each human being is RAMA. And "SITA" is the mind. And "LAXMANA" is The Enthusiasm; The Intellect. Then what is Hanuman? He is the BREATH. He is the most important thing in every life. The consciousness, the mind, the enthusiasm, the intellect, the radiance, the mind body connect cannot run, cannot sustain, cannot exist even for a moment without this precious thing called BREATH. Hanuman, the devotion of Hanuman  is nothing but the devotion of breath.

Another important aspect of Hanuman (or the breath) is that Hanuman is called Sankata Mochan; somebody who takes away all the problems in life. Somebody who helps you go beyond the problems in life.

And all these beautiful yogic breaths If one had experienced pranayama, sudarshan Kriya one can really experience how they would become so calm, so peaceful, so equanimous and he really becomes joice and happiness. That breath, that Hanuman is bringing us life, is bring us equanimity to sustain the entire existence. That is Hanuman!  that is the devotion which makes our experience in the life. Brings out the love in us, so does the breath. Without the breath life is not possible, without the devotion of Hanuman life is not possible. That is Hanuman.

Iss saas ke bina such mai jeevan sambhav nahi hai, aur yeh saas hei Hanuman.
