Beeping morning alarm…every half-an-hour makes the bed crozier, Pillow much softer... And the blanket would have the worldly warmth ever…Such a
priceless experience it is to sniff in and into the heavenly experience of the
last few mins of early morning sleep. Especially with a cool add-on of winter weather.
Awwwwwww! But as always sledging off the lazy punk, greeting adiós to the soothing bed, we
take first steps of the day...
Being fully awake we realize the speeding time. The run
for the catch of time will then begin. “Here and there, that and this, which
and what … Oh god I'm late!” After all
these flicks finally, ready to get to work. And the journey for the day begins... !But cease a moment here….. Give a thought: Are we really fully ready for the
day? Are we at our full potentials or still carrying the instincts of yesterday?!
Are we still stuck at the discussion over coffee of work disapproval last
evening? Or is our mind Re-fresh to compile the programs of the day?! Basically
it all comes down to one single question: “Are we in present moment?!”
Load set of Mind = Impressions of past life (approximately
of xyz billion years) + yesterdays + before days + before before days+………………………………..
+ Since this birth.
Oh my god! Isn’t that too strenuous to handle? Sadly now we had to stuff in new things into
it for the upcoming days. Has mind been a balloon and impressions air, and then
the balloon would have exploded. *Bhoom*. Isn’t it? The referred impressions itself is Stress. I remember
reading a very subtle example of this, here it goes…. If a person is asked to
hold a glass of water for a min that won’t hurt him much. But over 30mins..?
over 45min? 50? 1Hr? 1 Day? Year? Years together? That gets deadly!! The glass
of water is the stress/impressions (whatever we name it). Out of this explosion, expecting oneself to
give 100% at a task is next to impossible, maybe a 9th wonder! :p
If past is haunting presently, all you have to do is to
DELete the instance of past in present. Simple!J After all human have the greatest ability to
FORGET! Easy said than done! Yeah yeah agreed!! But If
I say we have an effective tool to do this. Then ?! Wondering what it would be?
Presenting! The older of the oldest tools, one thing that
creates magic in minds, intuition in nature, happiness in being, bliss in
presence, serenity in self, blush on cheeks, beauty without make-up, glow
without shimmer, dawning cosmic consciousness, unwrapping the real you.…. Perplexed?
Anxious to know and get it...? It is Meditation!
Referring couple of articles I tried putting in here on, simplest ways to explain the ever easy thing...! The process I follow, so suggest-To meditate! A key to Serenity* bliss* happiness*joy*love*<3<3
The myth is, most are under an impression that meditation is concentration. But meditation is not concentration; in-fact, meditation is the art of doing nothing. Concentration is only a by-product of meditation.

How to Meditate?
There are many ways we can meditate but one of the easiest ways to meditate (especially when we are beginner) is through a guided meditation. In a guided meditation, Sit, shut, listen. We just need to sit with eyes closed and follow the instructions we hear.
To be able to meditate on our own, we can learn meditation from a trained expert. To deepen the experience of meditation, we can keep the following three notions in mind whenever we sit to meditate.
1 - I want nothing – we're putting aside all your desires, including that for a “good” meditation; we don’t want to know or plan anything
2 - I am doing nothing – let go of all effort
3 - I am nothing – let go of all the labels we put on ourself about who we are.
How to get the benefits?
To experience the benefits of meditation, regular practice is necessary. It takes only a few minutes every day. Once imbibed into the daily routine, meditation becomes the best part of day!
Meditation is like a seed. When we cultivate a seed with love, the more it blossoms. Similarly, the sapling of consciousness is within us. It needs to be nurtured with simple meditation techniques. Some palm trees yield in three years, some in ten years. And those that aren't nurtured - never yield! They simply exist.
Busy people from all backgrounds are grateful to pause and enjoy a refreshing few minutes of meditation each day. Dive deep into yourself and enrich your life.
Thanks to Art of living I have experienced the wonder while-tool of self rejuvenating. Nothing better can explain the process than the experience. How about experiencing things than just knowing?! Loads of Love,
